Two of Hubbub’s original board members who have supported the company’s growth over the last 6 years have left due to greater demand from their own artistic commitments. We’re now looking for a minimum of 2 individuals to join our Board with particular experience around finance, arts organisational development, disability, and/or fundraising to help us deliver against our ambitious plans.

Hubbub exists to provide 
positive, dynamic and 
developmental theatre based 
opportunities for people with learning disabilities within Derbyshire and the surrounding counties. Over the next three years, key strands of our work focus on community engagement, high quality vocational actor training and touring theatre productions which will raise profile and deliver our unique offer regionally and beyond.

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with experience working within the arts to oversee the next stage of our organisational development. Our new board members will have an excellent understanding of the arts sector and some experience in finance and/or fundraising and ideally some knowledge of the education, SEN or charity sectors.
