Facilitated by Sara Rose, Dance Movement Psychotherapist and Supervisor for the Hubbub creative team, Dance for Wellbeing with Neuromotion will explore a range of movement approaches that support the nervous system and physical and emotional wellbeing. The session offers a chance to explore how props can support accessible movement to open up creative options for different bodies and needs; blending theoretical ideas from dance movement psychotherapy with practical, hands‑on exploration. A key focus is on developing safe practices that will consider physical, emotional, and relational safety, and how small choices in facilitation can help participants feel supported and able to engage.
