Body as Home, Body as Compass
Usha Mahenthiralingam presents a session called ‘Body as Home, Body as Compass’ which explores movement, embodiment and Creative Wellbeing. In this experiential workshop, interdisciplinary artist and somatic movement practitioner Usha offers a hands-on exploration of how simple movement patterns can support our structural awareness, regulate nervous systems and nourish our capacity to learn, create, and connect.
Drawing on her practice in somatics, developmental movement and work as a creative mentor with children and communities in primary health and education; Usha includes movement, creativity and a light touch of neuroscience in an accessible, inclusive session designed for creatives, therapists, educators, health, social care professionals.
